I Know this is a Dead Series; and Mr. E has NO plans of ever bringing it back. . .
So Why Don't we, the members of this forum share what WE would consider to be Admirable Animations ourselves; whether it applies to a specific episode of a show, an entire show, or a Movie;
For Example; I would Consider THESE 5 Animated works to be Admirable Animations:
1. Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse(The Unique Animation style; The Heartfelt Moments; the action; the Blending & interactions of Various Characters with Different designs; I.E. A Cartoony Pig, A Black & White Spiderman Noir; an Anime-Esque Peni Parker & Her Spidermech SP//DR; Which Reminds me of D.Va's Mech; etc; I Mean; It's useless to talk about the movie anymore; since Everything that COULD be said about it; already HAS been talked about; And I Mean every single aspect of the movie that you could think of)
2. Reversal Of the Heart(Reason: I Love the Idea of a Princess Becoming a Dragon; and the Dragon NOT being the true main antagonist; and the Main Antagonist DOES go through a character arc, and has legitimate remorse for his actions when he finds out the truth about the Dragon he's been hunting; and He Gets punished by the mama Dragon by her turning him into what he slayed at the beginning of the movie; Her Baby Dragon, but with Blue Eyes instead of Purple like the one he killed; It's Not Often in these types of stories when The Dragon is the PROTAGONIST, and the Knight is the ANTAGONIST; though, I've always wanted to see a Twist in a Stock Medival Fantasy Story where the Knight goes to slay the dragon & save the princess; only to find out once he reaches The Dragon's cave; that the Dragon DIDN'T Kidnap the Princess, Nope; she WAS the Princess all along; oh well, I'm Sure SOMEONE will make that one story day, HOPEFULLY, Hint Hint) www.youtube.com/watch?v=rHLwG3ioD4Y
3. Here's The Plan(I Love How It's different in its artstyle; How this depiction of Marriage is NOT yet another Toxic one in the same vein as Jerry & Beth; Peter & Lois; Stan & Francine; etc; These two Characters Legitimately Love each other) www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Zqmt1H35fs
4. Karen's Baby[The Best Part of the Episode is A Now Adult ATM Chip Plankton II(He starts as a Calculator, than he grows arms & legs, than he becomes a small handheld payment Terminal with Paper coming out of his head; than He Becomes a Video Game Console with a Tall Robot Body; than He Resembles His Mother as a young adult; and at the end of the Episode; He Becomes an ATM as an adult) Screws over Mr Krabs refusing to give him his Money; considering some of the AWFUL things Krabs has done over the years; I Find it Cathartic to see him punished like that; I Like How some episodes of Season 12 like this one, and The Krusty Slammer, end up giving Small Satisfying Victories to Sheldon Plankton and Have Krabs LOSING, Just throwing the Copepod small enough of a bone that it doesn't end up resulting in a dystopia like what happened during the first movie since he STILL doesn't get the formula, but He at least gets SOMETHING satisfying for all his trouble, instead of yet another "Kick the Dog" moment for him; Just Because he's the show's Antagonist, and that's the only reason; honestly. . . there are times when I See Mr. Krabs as the Greater of two Evils; due to him Driving his archnemesis to Suicide in that ONE Coarse Meal Episode, which Plankton has NEVER even tried to do Krabs; not even at Sheldon's Undeniably MOST despicable; He NEVER, not once did he try to get Krabs to commit Suicide; Whether before OR After that One Season 7 Episode]
5. Bob's Burgers[A Legitimately Heartwarming Adult animation; that ISN'T Edgy, or Mean-spirited; Has Legitimately Likable Characters; Bob & Linda Belcher have a HEALTHY depiction of Marriage, that REALLY should be emulated into Other Adult Animations; in fact, there IS one such show that does; JG Quintel's Close Enough on HBO MAX; Emily Ramirez & Josh Singleton have just as healthy a relationship; Bob Belcher is not a dumba** dad; He's honestly the only sane man in his family of Bob, Linda, Gene, Tina & Louise; He Legitimately cares for his Son & his Daughters; though they ALL have their moments of crazy(but then again; EVERYONE has their moments of crazy now & then) and For a LARGE Majority of the show, He Doesn't have a Toxic Bart & Homer Relationship with his Son(the only exception being in Burgersquatch); The Producers cares for their fans; and Take Criticism for their lesser well-recieved episodes like Family Fracas & Gene it on; using those criticisms to make MUCH Better episodes such as Best Burger, or All That Gene; Seriously it's such a shame there aren't MORE Shows like Bob's Burgers & Close Enough; instead of Mean-Spirited shows like R&M, Family Guy & South Park]
