Here's MY Unpopular Opinion about Pinocchio;
It's Not Impossible to Have an Adaptation of Pinocchio where He DOES Go to school; instead of immediately Ditching to go to JackA*** Island or be an actor in a puppet show; After all; "The Adventures of Pinocchio" the Live-action 1996 Movie Adaptation; shows how You can STILL Make the story work with Pinocchio going to school; After all; Just because he goes to school; Doesn't mean he's in the clear yet; he still has the challenge of Staying there; especially with other Classmates who could end up being a Bad Influence on him; especially if Candlewick IS one of the students there; Pinocchio 1996 Shows that The Wooden Boy can still get in trouble; even when he goes to school like he's supposed to!!
Honestly. . . It's sad how A 1996 Live-action Adaptation had characters who are more accepting of those who are different; than the 2022 Disney Remake; Because The School actually let him join in as a student; and only kicked him out after he caused Trouble by Hitting Candlewick, Lying about it; and Causing a Lot of Damage with his Elongated Nose that grew Because he told so many lies; He wasn't kicked out because he was made of wood like in Pinocchio '22[not to be confused with Guillerno del Toro's GRIMDARK WWII-Set Stop-motion Adaptation];
So what are YOUR Unpopular Opinions I Want to hear the Unpopular Opinions that either AREN'T A Part of Mr. E's Series of Videos of the same name?

Pet Sitter Pat is not as bad as A Pal for Gary. While Yes Gary does get put through grueling "slapstick" he at least does recover at the end and seems to be enjoying himself even reading a sleeping Patrick Snail Tales, it's illogical and it's a bit of a cartoon logic recovery but at least it's their. The same cannot be said about A Pal for Gary where Gary is put through and is in abject misery from beginning to end and is forced into slave labor by Mr. Krabs at the end. (another tally for a Krab's is a Kreep moment by the way.)

I enjoyed Cats 2019 more than The Rise of Skywalker. There, I said it. The Rise of Skywalker has almost nothing good in it (other than the visuals and both Klaud and Babu Frik). Meanwhile, Cats is such a hilariously massive failure that I would honestly watch Cats over The Rise of Skywalker. Also, the Cats soundtrack is an outright banger. So much so that even James Corden couldn't ruin it.

Disney should just stick with remastering and rereleasing their old films in cinemas every seven years instead of making remakes. People would still love the big screen experience for these older films. And these remasters are less risky than remaking the films poorly in live action. Plain rereleases also do not tarnish the reputation of the stories like they do with live action remakes.
My example for this is how Spider-Man: No Way Home (a Disney-Sony collab) did really well after getting rereleased with an extended cut. And how James Cameron's Avatar did pretty well for its remastered 4K 3D HDR HFR rerelease. If Disney would do something similar to Avatar for their classic animated films, instead of churning out remakes, they would probably make less money, but they wouldn't lose as much goodwill as making endless terrible remakes.
Disney shouldn't stop at just the classic animated films. They can rerelease Hocus Pocus and The Nightmare Before Christmas during Halloween. 70mm films like Sleeping Beauty, The Black Cauldron, The Sound of Music, and TRON should be given IMAX releases to take full advantage of the 70mm format.
At least Disney (and Paramount) are planning on doing a remastered rerelease of Titanic this coming February. Right after the coattails of the Avatar remaster and Avatar: The Way of Water.
